The rolling stock was also changed to Hong Kong LRVs. A proposal was dropped on the same day, which planned to connect Ishima with the Eden Circular loop through Yi Lok stop. However, due to limitations brought by the heritage tracking between Yi Sin and Yi Lok, route 115 was instead rerouted to connect the Eden loop through Yi Yao, with a infill stop between Ishima and Yi Yao, Yi Nam, right in the south of Yi Sin stop. The whole plan was to connect all the way to Hot Springs, however, as the connection between Spruce Forest and Puketeraki was not completed, 115 was planned to temporarily terminate at Yi Long stop, which is the depot location for route 115.
