As a part of the MTR 4.0 update, the manual driving system was significantly overhauled. When the Let's Play upgraded to MTR4, builders were able to utilise the new features to enhance the visitor experience on their lines and services. The Let's Play now has a number of lines that are able to be manually driven by visitors. Below is a list of lines and services that are able to be manually driven. The list will be updated as lines are added.

The Manual Driving Leaner's Line is rated 1/5 on the driving difficulty scale. The line features a total of 4 stations, with a relatively short end-to-end travel time. The line features above ground and underground stations with ground level, surface tunnels, subterranean, and in-yard driving. There are certain points where drivers are required to change ends of the train (i.e. at turnback tracks and at terminus platforms). This line is the introductory line to Manual Driving on the Let's Play server, and features a number of additional support features, including visible in-track speed limits and labelled signals.

The Hawai'i Skyline is rated 4/5 on the driving difficulty scale. The line has a number of locations where drivers must swap-ends of the train with fast turnaround times, requiring drivers to run along the platform or through the train in order to keep to time. The line features above ground and underground stations with ground level, surface tunnels, subterranean, and glass in-water tunnel driving. The line features high speeds and frequent trains, so drivers must be especially aware of speed and dwell times.

The line features a number of stopping position variations, which vary by the length of the driven train. Therefore, the player should be careful of speeding past their markerboard. The line also features ATB for speed limit changes.
